2017 First Baron Sauvignon Blanc

This French style Sauvignon Blanc, briefly aged for 6 months in mostly neutral oak barrels, presents a nose of citrus and wet grass. The palate contains elements of stone fruit, lychee, and lemon. Bright acidity and minerality are present, but not overwhelming. Best enjoyed with seafood.
