2021 Count Stephen Merlot

100% Merlot. In an unusual twist for 2021, the Merlot was among the last grapes harvested from our vineyards at Mount Juliet. They were carefully selected from the steepest slopes on our upper plain vineyards. After 18 days of maceration, the wine was aged for 10 months in a large format Italian Botte.
