2021 Long Sword Viognier

Our Viognier is inoculated with a spontaneously fermented “yeast mother” composed of the very best clusters from the selected vineyard block. Grapes are sourced from premium soils located at the lower part of our lowers plains vineyards. The wine has been aged 18 months in 40% new oak barrels. Spicy notes and delicate Viognier aromatics are tied together with a tight linear acidity.
