2021 Aviator Petit Verdot

100% Petit Verdot sourced from the very bottom of our Slope of Grace vineyards along a narrow shoulder of the hill. The grapes were allowed to spontaneously ferment and following fermentation, only the free-run portion of the wine was racked to a 264 gallon French foudre where it aged for 22 months. The wine is unfiltered, unfined, and made without any additions other than minimal sulfites.
