2022 Gange Rolv Chardonnay

The 2022 Chardonnay is a field blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Petit Manseng, harvested and fermented together.  The wine was spontaneously fermented and aged in 25% new oak and 75% neutral oak barrels.  Barrels were blended and the wine aged in stainless steel in the months prior to bottling for a total of 22 months aging in oak and the remaining 4 prior to release in stainless and bottle.
